I'm sorry to hear about your multiple injuries; you must be so frustrated!

I got a book called "Daniels Running Formula" and it says that the best runners aren't necessarily the fastest. They are the ones who manage not to injure themselves at critical moments. That rings true!
Sounds wise. We're not all built for speed.

I bought Five Fingers but have never had the guts to actually run in them. I've been working down to progressively lighter running shoes and everything is going so well right now I'm afraid to screw it up.
