Yes, I'm in. Just have to wait till the director comes back from vacation. He's the one who has to go to bat for the jobs in that area. We're the big $$$ maker of the place. We tend to have less obstacles when it comes to hiring who we need. It will happen. It's just delayed a bit. I'm okay. I like the people I work with currently and will miss them a lot. I have no problem hanging a bit longer.


But yeah, it does suck, doesn't it? WTF? Lol. *shrugs*

Dear eBay seller:
The rear derailleur you sold me is not a new take off. It is filthy, the pulleys have grease buildup on them, and there's even a scratch or two. Perhaps it is a take off from a prototype test bike. At least it doesn't seem to be worn.
Luckily I'll be using it with a 15 year old group set, so an "experienced" part isn't out of place.
