As far as the boss is concerned, he said, the job is hers... but there was a hiring freeze announced this morning which means the boss needs to go to his bosses again and say "Yes, I really, really need to fill this position. I know who I want. please let me hire her."
so... it could be as short as a week or as long as.... what month is this?
