    I wonder if Harley is paying for the advertising... or getting paid for "allowing" their logo to be used?

    Looks like they're working with the state to offer safety programs and people do pay extra for those plates...I'm all for that.

    i got a new car in january and got a "share the road" plate for it. ours look like this:



    the additional fees for the plate go to the Bicycle Transportation Alliance and Cycle Oregon.

    We recently got one for Indiana. I will get it when I renew my plates this summer. Here it is:

    I'm in IN also, and am going to get the new plate when I renew.

    I wanted to get a special custom one also. But, not excited about renewing the money early.

    I like the IN bike plate.

    That's pretty cool!

    As I understand it, the fees in IL will go towards cycling awareness education. If I'm off the mark Geonz will know for sure, she's pretty involved with cycling issues in our state.
