L: Left it at home....arrrrrrrg! Went immediatly to my favorite decadent sandwich place and had a roasted chicken panini with way too much cheese, sundried tomatoes, and they use lots of olive oil. mmmmmmmmmm

D: left-over tempeh stuffed pepper, small roasted chicken breast
5 Toll house cookies and TRYING not to eat any more! I am making some for the guys at my LBS and am finding it totally impossible not to eat any.
