whole wheat bagel, tomato, low fat cream cheese, lox, capers, an orange, 2 cups coffee
tuna, red pepper, goat cheese, spinach
pasta with white wine, thyme, shallots, and peas, salad with lots of veggies, homemade whole wheat bread (not made by me), glass of white wine, strawberries, whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate
I need to cut back my weekend eating until I am riding more
