I thought Fuzios was fine, and just speaking for myself Bikeless, Spazzdog and I would show up anywhere the gals wanna go.
I've read that it's been proven that carb-loading for women is not so much the pre-ride pasta feast, but hydrate and eat balanced meals due to our superior ability to use carbs and fat for fuel. So anywhere that we can get the 4 food groups is fine: I think that's chocolate, beer, cheese, coffee?![]()
