Me too. But I've found that the HRM can be a motivator. At spin class on "standing climbs" I'm about to get back down in the saddle and recover, then I check the HRM and decide ... æh! I can go up another heartbeat or two, or I can keep it up at this rate for a few more seconds. So now I have a question. Should I wear the HRM on the ride? Or is that dorky?
