yesterday:

2 eggs, 2 slices multi grain toast
a slice of homemade banana bread
a quesadilla with spinach, cheese, corn and chipotles, and some potato chips
a pear
Chinese takeout for dinner, tofu and mixed veggies with brown rice, and Singapore mei fun noodles with shrimp (both dishes shared)
another slice of banana bread
an orange or 2, I can't remember for sure

The chips and Chinese food put me over the top for salt.
