Today:
B: 2 egg whites scrambled with 1 whole egg, 2 pieces TJ sprouted rye toasted bread, fat free cottage cheese & coffee
S: none
L: such as it was, had a little fruit and two small meatballs & coffee at church social hour after service
S: Cliff Bar
2 hour bike ride, some hills and quite windy for a portion of the ride. It isn't often that I can't coast going DOWN the hill
D: Roasted skinless chicken breast with lots of green beans from freezer, 1 small spinach tortilla, 1 Stockyard Oatmeal Stout
Still somewhat hungry but will wait a little before I eat more to make certain it is really hunger and not something else. Snack later will probably be an apple with fat-free cottage cheese or some Kefir with berries from the freezer. I suspect the Kefir with berries might come sooner rather than later![]()
