Adding about 200-400 calories a day has made a difference. I've had more energy and have generally been in a better mood. And I have to say for date night on Saturday, I looked HOT. I don't think I have ever seen DH look at me that way. I picked up a "bombshell" dress from TJ Maxx. I never thought I could pull something like that off, but I have to admit, I was smokin-hot.

I hit stumbling block this weekend. I crashed my bike and fell hard on my hip. My neck, hip, back, etc have been sore. Sunday I just wasn't prepared and hadn't planned any meals. I ended up eating junk. I have a plan for today and I have no stress or anxiety about being able to stay on track.

I'm sorry about your fall and hope you heal quickly, but I love that you felt sexy (and that your DH agreed) on Saturday! That's awesome.

Awesome on feeling and looking sexy Saturday! So sorry to hear about the fall and hope you recover soon. I think you hit the nail on the head about having a plan and not feeling guilty about yesterday!

I think that after a hard fall, you should eat whatever you want for a couple of days. You need some extra calories for healing, and you deserve a treat just for going through it. Don't beat yourself up about it.
