I eat more often than most!

    7am: Strawberry/Protein Powder/Almond Milk/Flaxseed Shake
    10am: Apple, Almonds, Greek Yogurt
1pm: Homemade veggie soup (SO good with carrots, tomatos, squash, etc.)
3:45pm: Oat bars I made (so I can have some oats on the go! Oats, egg whites, and some raisins!) and Kefir
    Pre Swm (5:15): Banana
    Post Swim (7:15): Mix One
Dinner (9:30--got home late): Veggie Soup, spinach Salad, and Dark Chocolate

    I eat my veggies!

Sure! I make thing up most of the time :-) Thus, LOTS of variation!

2 ish cups of thick cut oats
    6 egg whites
about 1/2 cup of almond milk, or whatever milk
    Cinnamon
Sweetener (optional: My mom uses splenda or truvia, I use about 1 tsp of brown sugar and 1 tbsp of honey)

Optional stuff! I (or my mom who loves my random recipies) have tried all kind of variatons

Smash 2 bananas, and chop 1/2 cup of walnuts

    Raisins or other dried fruit

PB2 (dried peanut butter) or some almond butter

    Pumpkin!

    My personal favorite....chocolate chips

Two options: 8x8 glass pan for 30 minutes at 350
or muffins for about 25-30 minutes

As you can see...I make things up. The point is that you are baking the oats in egg whites and milk with whatever flavor you want!!

I hope you enjoy! I would love to hear if you come up with another variation!

I know - but that is what the can says and they wouldn't actually lie would they

Of course the reality is there is probably as much olive oil in the spray as the amount of real estate I own (none) but it sounds good!

Isn't the deal that there just isn't much anything in the spray?

B - Two pieces of whole wheat toast with olive oil margarine.

    S - 20 oz. soy hot chocolate

L - 2 quesadillas with Daiya cheese, a yellow carrot, vanilla soy yogurt, grapefruit sprinkled with sugar, and a chocolate peanut butter builders bar.

S - A berry muffin from Caffe Ladro (it's always nice when coffee shops have vegan pastries!).

D - No chicken noodle soup with two more pieces of whole wheat toast and margarine and I'll probably have some cookies!

Yep - and it does do the job, the ingredients in order:

    100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Soy Lecithin
    Propellen
    no chloroflurocarbons

Still don't understand why it can have no fat or calories, but there you go.
