3,292 miles! I am very happy with that. My goal was 3000, so I am a bit over. It was 60 degrees today where I live and DH and I had one last wonderful 25 miler. There was melting snow by the sides of the road (and water on the road) so had to clean the bike afterwards. Oh, and one of my shifter cables broke just as we were starting. DH had it fixed in 20 minutes and we were back on the road!

I have some big ride plans for 2011, including a metric in April, a century in May, and Bike Tour of Colorado in June. Maybe even will try to get some miles on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Happy New Year to all TE members! Have a great and SAFE cycling year.

3513.5 + 1000.3 miles of running. Not shabby for a girl who just got her bike in Nov. '09.

    160 rides for 3,964 miles.
93 of those rides were commutes (round trip).

    And about 150 miles jogging.

I need to remember to track my miles more closely. I am having to guess at around 2500 miles for 2010. I would like to hit 4,000 this year but realistically I think 3500 is more reasonable given my lack of time. I commute but I live pretty close so I don't rack up as many miles as I used to. I like to think those short miles count for more b/c they are sooooo much hillier than they used to be . I'm a little peeved that I have clinic on Saturday this spring semester and my group is one of two groups that were assigned saturdays Oh well I'm sure we all have our obstacles to deal with, I don't want to let it stop me from reaching my goal of 3500 miles. I haven't counted any trainer or spin classes, do you all count that on your miles? BTW, Happy New Year girls I always enjoy our shared stories throughout the year

Outdoor miles: 7,157 (lost months of Jan, Feb, part of March, and 30 days in December due to weather//weather-related pavement conditions). I logged a lot of time on the trainer but I am not counting those miles.

    Swimming: 493.25 miles (868,125 yards!)

    You are quite an inspiration!

This year was not what I had hoped it would be - for a lot of reasons. I haven't added up my mileage, and won't because it won't be a positive thing for me.

Here's to lots of miles in 2011!

6142 miles for me. Would have had a lot more had undiagnosed depression sucked the light and joy from my life. Not sure what I am aiming for in 2011. There is a 300k on the other side of the state in May that I have been eyeballing for the last couple years, maybe I'll do that.

A bit over 4,000 in 2010. Similar to 2009 but a little less. Considering I had 2 nasty shoulder injuries both years and sub-optimal early winter conditions (in life and weather), I guess that's not bad. I feel way behind on base this year, though. I guess the longer race distances and some long miles in the early 2010 season are what helped me keep up despite recent time off the bike. 2011 is going to be a struggle.

4368 for me, but I think I'm missing a 44 mile ride on my log, which would make it 4412 ... but who's counting?!

Zen ... what kind of silly question is that?! It DOESN'T really matter how much we rode, but why do we even come to this site if not to banter about anything and everything cycling related? You could ask that question about a lot of posts. I found this thread fun and entertaining. It's interesting to see how many miles other people here have ridden and compare it ... just for fun. No one is better than anyone else because they rode more or less than someone else. Just my two cents.
