P.S. Clock, I got to use the elliptical today for 10 mins as well as the stationary recumbent for 10 mins. AND they've promised me aquatherapy. It feels so nice to sweat when it isn't weather-induced!

Hey, super cool, going on both bikes, I think you are catching me up.......fast! Whatever they teach you in Aquatherapy, you will be able to do discreetly in your local swimming pool, that's what I do and I feel it is helping so much.
