I think they're talking about mayonnaise made with tofu instead of eggs.

Vegenaise is amazing. Tastes just like I remember Mayonnaise to taste like. My husband and I always have it in the fridge and we usually eat it daily on a sandwich, just like normal mayonnaise. Oh, and no artery clogging cholesterol!
