    Phew, what a nice surprise to come back to this thread and read all the lovely comments, it's is such a warm feeling knowing how the girls on this site can really empathise with situations.

    Oh yes, my rather fit and cute physio, well he kind of grinned when I told him about the bike ride but advised I do not push myself and only a couple of a miles at a time, especially as I did suffer the following day and night.

    Good job I did not tell him about the swimming pool flumes I accidentally found myself on with my young eight year old grandson...............but that's another story.
