Put that bike on EBay.
it will get snapped up, I betcha.
2008 Trek FX 7.2/Terry Cite X
2009 Jamis Aurora/Brooks B-68
2010 Trek FX 7.6 WSD/stock bontrager
This will go to Ebay as a last resort.
I'll entertain offers here.
Bike Forums will be next.
I just don't really want to go to Ebay, unless I must.
Anyone?
That bike is gorgeous. And I'm pretty certain it would fit me. And it would look lovely in our garage next to Betty (my VW Beetle awaiting restoration) even if I rarely got to ride it.
Let me run this by my husand. Stay tuned...

Actually, there are mixte frames in 56. Sometimes, even larger. They are rare, of course, but they do exist.
Many of the smaller frames have longer (virtual) top-tubes than the seat tube length would suggest. This frame, for example, although a 49cm, has a 53cm top-tube.
Still a tad smaller than you might want, but still more generous than you might think. This is true of the classic mixte design in general.
People keep nibbling, but no one's made an actual offer.
Please don't make me take it to E-prey!
According to a gracious PM received this morning, there IS a 57cm Peugeot mixte on the D.C. craigslist. Don't know if they'd ship. I merely pass this one on to those who need the bigger frame.

But for the somewhat more diminutive rider, nothing will be as lovely as this bright red Nishiki.
I WILL entertain any reasonable offer from this list. Want just the drop bars, etc? I'm open.

I am continuing to chant "I do not need a 5th bike, even if it's red"
And I don't want to insult you with my budget.
