I have started to lose weight again, was at a plateau for a few months. Am trying to figure out how to fuel my body for endurance to assure that I've the calories I need without eating too much. I've been in weight-loss mode for long enough that it is really hard for me to eat more than 1500 calories on a non-long-ride day - but I think I need to in order to stabilize my weight.
Thanks for the congratulations - a short year ago I didn't dream that I would ever see this weight again![]()
