134.5. wrong direction but was on vacation and that never goes too well for me. Toying with idea of weight watchers again - lost 15 lbs on WW last year that I've managed to keep off

Huff and Puff- Weightwatchers (plus the bike) has worked really well for me. I started 2009 at 150. I am at 112 now. You have to really feel committed for it to work though. My friend started with me but wasn't really willing to follow the program all the time, and had much less successful results. But if you've done it before, you already know all that.

It's never too late. You can join in at the end of this one, or wait until the new one starts up in September - totally up to you!

So I don't even want to type the number. I have NOT seen this number in a VERY long time. I missed last week's weigh in. I knew I was up with having company in and all and missing some long bike rides, I was NOT prepared for what I saw...129 up 3 -4 pounds. Then today I re-checked, so I was 128 something! I don't remember because the number scared me. Go ahead and post the 129 (then maybe it will look like I lose weight come Friday!)

I always seem to do bad when I join this challenge. Anyway my partner & I have committed to chicken (or fish) and salad all next week (for dinner and prob. lunch) and cut way back on carbs (that are not fruit or veggies) excpet for my breakfast. We shall see!

that's good to hear and congrats on your results! Last time I did it was during the winter and I was worried about balancing points vs. need to fuel rides. Think I'll start tomorrow because I like a Friday weigh in.

Good luck Huff and Puff, and let me know how it goes. I'm working on whittling off just a couple more pounds if I can. I know 112 sounds incredibly thin, but I am very short (5'1") and sadly, there is still a spare tire around the middle.

Ok, please add me in. 166.8 today. Would like to see 165 by 8/31.

I may have a job interview soon and am too big (by about 5 pounds) for my nice black suit!

Ack. Up 1 to 161.4 (my scale must really like that .4). I'll take it considering the sheer number of pizza slices and ice cream scoops consumed over the last two weeks.

112.0 If I'm maintaining around this number, it's almost as good as losing a pound or two more at this point.

Hope everyone has a good week!
