    Thank you.

    My longest run, 2 weeks ago is 11 miles. I've since done 3 runs of 3 miles each. I'm in PT, doing lots of stretching per his orders, 3x a day.

    I'm thinking I'm going to run 3 miles every 2 days until the actual 1/2 marathon.

    You could try a shorter longer run, then, maybe something like 7 or 8 miles - turn it into a taper. 11 miles is definitely far enough that you'll make the distance. I did stop and stretch my hamstrings, glutes, quads, and hip flexors during the race once or twice - the extra 30 seconds I spent on a few stretches did make me feel more comfortable, even though the injury didn't totally FUBAR my running I could feel the difference of stretching.
