So I don't even want to type the number. I have NOT seen this number in a VERY long time. I missed last week's weigh in. I knew I was up with having company in and all and missing some long bike rides, I was NOT prepared for what I saw...129up 3 -4 pounds. Then today I re-checked, so I was 128 something! I don't remember because the number scared me. Go ahead and post the 129 (then maybe it will look like I lose weight come Friday!)
I always seem to do bad when I join this challenge. Anyway my partner & I have committed to chicken (or fish) and salad all next week (for dinner and prob. lunch) and cut way back on carbs (that are not fruit or veggies) excpet for my breakfast. We shall see!
