Just discovered this thread, hope it's not to late to join in.

I was doing really well in May and part-way through June then "fell off the wagon". I have IBS and hyperinsulinism so need to watch my carbs much more carefully than I've been doing! Did my first century 2 weeks ago, which firmed up my suspicion that I must change saddles (!), and haven't been on the bike much since. Changing saddles today so hopefully will be clocking up the miles - and shedding the fat - again. Must take advantage of the fine weather we've been having - it's such a rarity in England!

Thankfully I've gained only 3 pounds since mid-June, so haven't lost too much ground.

    Please put me down as:
    Friday 6th August - 155.5
Goal for end of challenge (first Friday of Sept, right?) - 150

PS to Roxy - hope you get better soon. I'm shopping around for another PT - need to work on my core - and waiting for arthroscopic procedure on my knee next winter - meanwhile icing it twice a day, so I feel for ya! Hang in there and keep us posted.

No weigh in for me this week. We left early on Friday for a weekend of hiking and now that we are back, things are so out of whack that weighing in today would not make a good comparison. Please just put me down as no change since the previous week and I'll post a new weight this coming Friday.

Thanks for keeping the chart updated, Possegal!

Spent the week in the hospital with DS (15 months old). Came home yesterday afternoon. It was a very stressful week filled with a lot of emotional eating until I made myself sick.

Thankfully, everyone is home now and on the road to being healthy. I'm definitely bloated. So, I'm not weighing in this week. But I am looking forward to next week's weigh-in

Ugh, 152.2! I'm feeling so OFF this week that it's not even funny. I really need to get my act together (in all areas).
