I've heard about this. It seems to be in vogue now to have specialty food trucks.

But ... but ... but ... that picture was taken in daylight.

That's the truck you need at two o'clock in the morning.

We have a grilled cheese restaurant in Austin. I haven't been but I understand it is pretty much all grilled cheese, they have some other things but what you really want is grilled cheese.

We have a place like that. It's called Melt. Apparently it's really good and next to impossible to get into. I think I need to try this place out...
And now I really want grilled cheese, pickles and tomato soup. Send that thing my way!
At least I don't leave slime trails.

I would have grilled cheese and tomato soup in the summer and add chili in the winter.

OMG...cheese...and bacon...and bread?! *swoons* I can resist the ice cream truck, but I would NOT be able to resist the grilled-cheese truck. Especially with tomato soup.

You know what, Zen, if I could retire at full pension right now, I might take you up on that offer. There are a lot of locations where you could make a mint, i.e., business parks w/no really good options for lunch, unless you want to drive.

Don't forget people that only have 30 minutes for lunch and don't have the time to drive anywhere. They'd appreciate your presence as well.

Exactly my point. Where I work, if you take more than 30 minutes for lunch, you have to make up the time.
