What's your favorite TdF commercial?

I like the Radio Shack commercials (the post it on the door that says; "In France on business." )

I haven't seen the Contador/Schleck commercial yet. Then again, we DVR the tour and fast forward through all the commercials. I'll have to keep an eye out for that one.

I like the one where the bunnies are laughing at a rattlesnake that has a baby rattle instead of a rattlesnake rattle. I think it's for an insurance company.

It's Alphonse on Lance's bike, and I love the one where he's in Radio Shack kit making like he's winning a stage, "...they're raising French babies and throwing soft cheeses, as is the custom.." -- cracks me up every time.

I haven't seen the Andy - Contador commercial yet.

I no longer have access to Versus...sigh. I downgraded my television package to aid my budget and I wish I could have it back for 2 weeks! Realistically though I wouldn't have much time to watch it anyway...so I will just have to live vicariously through this thread and internet videos.

I did see the one with Alphonse on Lances bike in his office - not too many commercials make me laugh like that The trash-talking commercial is great too...

I know they get paid a lot of money to do those commercials, but it is a lot of fun to see them taking themselves less...seriously

I haven't seen the Contador/Schleck commercial but we dvr the Tour and ff through most of the commercials too. I like the Nike "Just Do It" commercial showing Lance on a climb as you hear the voices of people talking about exercising. I'm gone to training this week and they don't have Versus on the hotel tv....DARN IT!

+1 on this...so inspirational...makes me think of all the cancer survivors I know who have refused to let their diagnosis ruin their lives.

Another "what commercials, I use the DVR" person here. Take 3 hours of coverage and shorten it by 40%. Amazing.

I like the RadioShack ones. I think it's because I totally agree with the little rules he has.

I'm waiting for them to make one about talking on the phone while in a public restroom. Really, where is it??

Thanks for the links, badgercat. Now I'm sitting here at work - watching these commercials and I can't stop laughing. There are also other Radio Shack commercials on the right hand side of the page (Voicemail, Microphone, etc.) and they're just as good as LOL.

Can you imagine the Tour de France becoming another Super Bowl of commercials?? Folks tune in to watch (and chat about) the commercials!
And, oh yeah...to watch the sport, too.

I, too, love the Radio Shack commercials, pretty much all of them are hilarious! I also like the Lance/Leaf commercial... more for the fact that I'm excited about that car coming out, but it was a pretty ingenious spin on it as well!
