They do look like VO fenders but they were stock!

Also notice the brake levers in the larger photos... they are French style inverse brake levers

i got her at the Bike Doctor in Frederick but she's an Electra, so available pretty much anywhere.

I was working check points for an Alley Cat race on Friday night. This is where everyone met at the end.
