    Smile No brace!!!

I am celebrating today, after fourteen weeks and two days, or (100 days), the first time I have been out without my brace, still feels real strange, I almost miss it.

Muscles, tendons and ligaments now have to sort themselves out, hence the pain/tenderness I suppose but then again after a broken back, I should consider myself lucky.

It was like my best day in a very long time, both my partner and I felt so happy about it all.

    AND it's a good start.

BUT I still can't ride my bike for another two months!!!

yay for the brace loss! Just remember to take time to heal properly and not be impatient to get back on that bike....

Looks like a beautiful day on the beach
