    Way to go, Susan!! I'm so excited and proud of what you accomplished. You conquered a rough swim, you kicked serious booty on the bike, and you survived the run to get to the finish. Woohoo!!!

    I love the "suck it up". My favorite sign from the Ironman was "Chuck Norris Never Did an Ironman" - I think that's true of the Half Ironman too!! Susan > Chuck Norris.
