Well, sorta.
I did Run 1:00, Walk 3:00, 10 times, plus some warmup strolling. Very tentative run intervals, trying to keep my step as light as possible.
No pain at all in my heel when I was running, though interestingly, a little "tension" in my heel when walking. Also, I don't feel the orthotic at all when running, but was definitely aware of it during the walk intervals.
I think I will aquarun my next two run sessions, then do a run/walk again next Friday to see how it feels.
I'm cautiously optimistic for the HIM. Cautiously....

Hang in there.
But did two mile walk at the track at a brisk pace. I'm ready to add intervals or throw a jog or two in. 'Cept I'm probably faster walking.
