I don't listen to music when riding, though I do at the gym but the longest I have ridden at this point is 2.5 hours. I do talk to the animals I see (please don't cross in front of me), and enjoy the sights/sounds of the world around me. I sing to myself sometimes in my head - or when on rural roads by myself will sing out loud. Softly
