Long time no posts!!! I've really been out of it this year. Too much personal goo to wade through. So here are my goals:

1. Ride my trainer everyday until I can get back outside! This means making it longer than 25 minutes without sagging from bordem.

2. Ride PALM (peddle across lower Michigan)with one of my oldest friends.

3. Ride my first century. I didn't try it last year (too much heat and life goo!)

4. Backpack at least twice this summer (destination to be determined).

5. Be happy. Be calm. Don't let people mess with my Chi.
