231.8... Apparently my old scale was "off" a little bit.

Possegal, a bit late to the game, but would you add me in? 131 starting weight. 125 goal weight.

I dropped out of the last competition because I wanted to leave the scale behind. But I miss the accountability and really really miss the positive attitudes and support of this bunch!

Plus, I REALLY need to buckle down and drop some jiggle before my half ironman at the end of June.

    Thanks!

Ok--well If susan is back in, then I am too

My weight this morning was 168. Now, I KNOW that my body fat has dropped, but that number does not feel right. I think that I have gained muscles and perhaps a little bit of fat too. I am going to do my best NOT to obsess (which I tend to do), but I am using Daily Plate to keep track of my calories and see where I can correct a little bit. I am tapering and racing a few times in the next few weeks, so now is the time to dial in the nutrition. Then in mid June I ramp up for my last build for Louisville Ironman. I need to be sure I don't add any bad weight.

I guess I will say 160, which feels strange considering I was below that a while ago, BUT my body fat is under 20, so I can't complain I guess. I think I mentally need the positive support of this group too.

Kacie - How are you measuring your body fat composition?

    I've never had mine measured.

My sports nutritionist is using calipers on me. I don't like her to do it too often though, because it feel so invasive to have someone squeezing on my squishy parts She did say last time that the biggest drop was in my arms. I feel like my tummy has gained and my arms have lost. I wonder if that is even possible! I think that because ironman training is so strange, I can't really predict my body (hunger, weight, fat, fatigue) as well as when I am living a normal life (half marathons and such)

157.2. Apparently my body thinks that I'm in a weight gain challenge. It's funny because this week my pants are feeling looser.
