I dropped out of the last competition because I wanted to leave the scale behind. But I miss the accountability and really really miss the positive attitudes and support of this bunch!
Plus, I REALLY need to buckle down and drop some jiggle before my half ironman at the end of June.

She did say last time that the biggest drop was in my arms. I feel like my tummy has gained and my arms have lost. I wonder if that is even possible! I think that because ironman training is so strange, I can't really predict my body (hunger, weight, fat, fatigue) as well as when I am living a normal life (half marathons and such)
