when I carry pruners, it's because of blackberry vines crawling across our bike lanes...
what do i carry? all the necessities, extra gloves, rainpants, wallet..

I don't have paniers but now you're making me want to get some! Just yesterday I was wondering how I could carry a 2nd jacket. The weather changes so much.

If I had paniers, I'd definitely put some pruners in there. Maybe a camera.

Ha! Isn't that the truth.


For work it's boring: change of clothes, lunch, etc.

For other times it's more interesting:
Nutella (you never know when you're going to have an emergency that calls for it), flat fixing stuff, camera (although that sits in my handlebar bag), multi-purpose tool (leatherman thing) and sunscreen.

Of course, I always carry a small change purse with a $5 bill and a credit card and my cell phone.
