I can for sure do a Sunday morning brunch, no problem.

I hope you guys can swing it! That sounds like a lot of fun -- but I'll be working!

If you don't make that ride, the Skagit Bike Club's Spring Classic is going on that day! Always a great ride, well-supported and questionable weather

    Just a short drive North!

Are we discussing Sunday instead of Saturday now?
If so, I won't be able to meet up, as I have other plans.

Saturday morning still works for me but it sounds like meeting at Logboom is problematic for you, Mimi and Jocelyn, right?
I can be flexible to meet someplace else - near Jefferson park too...and either have a short ride or a short visit over coffee/tea?

Sorry, didn't mean to confuse anyone. I just wanted to suggest a Sunday, non-ride get-together in case the Saturday ride did not work out.

Mimi and I are now talking about meeting up near Jefferson Park and then taking transit to the BG, so we can still make Log Boom our meeting place. I am flexible as to our start time if that means Salsabike can meet us for lunch, but others might have time constraints.

Or maybe we could meet up with Salsa on our way back into town . . . Third Place Books, anyone?

Okay, you guys, I don't want to drive everyone crazy! Why don't you all proceed with your ride and lunch plans? I figure I could, if Chris and I plan it right, be free by about 2 pm and could either meet you for lunch OR meet you all afterwards for coffee at Third Place?

So you all decide what you want to do and I'll do my best to fit in on the tail end of it. So to speak.

OK, in reviewing all of the updates/comments, it looks like Biciclista, NbyNW and kfergos are going to be meeting at Logboom @ 10:30, right?

Then you'll maybe catch up with Salsabike post-ride at Third Place books?
Anyone else? Knott, you started this thread originally; are you in town? able to join?
I will be at Logboom too - at least to meet and say 'hi'...just not sure if I'm riding or not yet, as I'm taking care of my sweet lil grandson that afternoon. Not sure if I'll have time to ride beforehand ...

In reviewing my mileage, I think I can't ride this weekend. My legs already feel like cooked spaghetti, and I still have 60 miles left for commuting this week. Since it's Bike to Work Month, I'm going to save my biking energy for commuting. Sorry to back out, but I still would love to ride other times with y'all.

    Sounds like that's the plan!

Salsabike, we'll call/leave a message when we are leaving Red Hook so we can ETA return to Log Boom/Third Place vicinity. Hopefully that will work out.

NbyNW, we'll work something out---either LogBoom/Third Place, or Sunday brunch. So yes, please do call when y'all are leaving and we'll figure it out! PM Teigyr if you get a chance...

    PM'd Teigyr, we'll see if we hear back . . .

My bike is all packed! Took me the better part of an hour to get it to fit in the suitcase, but it's all in there. I'm sure this will get faster/easier with experience.

    See you soon!

Kfergos, please reconsider, it's all flat and we don't ride fast!

NbyNW, is your cell the same as it was (ends in 4)? Just in case I can get there earlier than I thought?
