Oak, I am definitely going to see my chiro and planned on it tomorrow but I forgot that she's off tomorrow. So Thursday it is. In the meantime I'm going to take my anti-inflammatory regularly. However, since there is another (not so efficient) insurance company involved....
Funny thing is just yesterday I was talking with my ortho about carbon vs steel and decided I would prefer a lightweight steel bike. Guess I need to be careful what I say.

Oh my! Kudos for going back out again - even if it didn't work as planned. Hopefully the insurance will come through easily, and that any soreness will quickly disappear.
