It was very difficult. The course wasn't bad, Nike in San Francisco is harder, but I have not trained enough. I'm web and photo Captain for my team this year, so I spent a lot of my training takiing pictures and not training. It's OK, I knew it would be hard.

I finished, slower than my Nike times, but finished non the less. My knee held up all 13.1 miles, now it's not happy. We went to the Victory Pary, then a few of us shared a bottle of wine, now I think I'll decompress then go to bed.

I'll get some pictures up in a few days.

I went to team track training (say that three times fast) tonight. I did one lap. My knee is still bothering me, I need to pull my foam roller out and work on my IT band....I'm procrastinating, it's gonna hurt!!!

If you're interested, here is the Picasa site I set up for the team. Feel free to nose around the other folders too, if you like.

Love the pictures, especially the shoe tags. Cute! The scenery looks beautiful. Congrats to all the team'ers that made it out and crossed the finish.
