I must confess I am jane....so don't think my name is something I concocted IF I was named jane....because I am....

The IF is because of my bike....and not IF I had a bike...because I do...

I just thought Liza might be the name of a relative or pet or something.....

I probably ought to change my user name, I don't ride a Surly Pacer anymore.

My name is not arielmoon but I do have online friends that call me ariel. It was a scifi show forum and I wanted something cool. The moon is for my astrological sign cancer.

GLC are not my initials. I was born in 1968 though, so that part does ring true.

GLC has a long and stupid past...not something worth recounting, but it basically developed over years of internet forum names...

You know though - GLC is actually very close to my initials now that I'm married. Funny, I never thought about it, but its only one letter off now! Weird.

I live in Chile, and I love to cook. I would go by Jen, but it's always taken by the time I sign up for anything (no surprise there).

I grew up on Long Island. Where in NY are you from?

I'm not such a slug any more, I'm at least a turtle by now.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Bayville. On the Sound. Well, our house is on a hill, not right at the beach. But the village is on the Sound. And also on the bay -- Oyster Bay. Which is why Teddy Roosevelt is my favorite president.

I was across the island from you in Long Beach. I miss being by the water.

I'm Irish Catholic (a Mick), hence the choice of Mickchick.
