I've done a little more thinking about my goals for this year. I can't really ride until May, sadly (combination of school and really bad (read: uncontrollable with meds) allergies). I also decided that I need something a little more specific.

1) Make most of my rides (weather and body permitting) 20+ miles. Since I wasn't even sore after my last ride, I think it's time to up the mileage a bit.
2) Put 1000 miles on my bike.
3)Keep up with BF--he's a sprinter and has been doing this a lot longer than I have (plus he lives where he can ride through the winter... ). I'm not sure I have a chance there, but I can try.
4)Figure out where my strengths and weaknesses are.
