    Not really. The bracelet was barely snug on my wrist, and I moved the little round part (with the hologram thing in it) around pretty often. It really wasn't tight enough to hit any kind of pressure point - it was about as snug as a livestrong bracelet for me. Easy to turn, but required a little effort to take off/put on.

    I don't know why it made me wobbly, but it did!
