Great question

To be strong enough to climb the steep hills without falling over. I'm afraid this has happened in the past because I can't seem to unclip fast enough when my legs turn into logs

I also want to do my first century, as well as the MS 150.

To do another rim-to-rim-to-rim Grand Canyon hike. But this time I want to do the entire hike in under twentyfour hours...no sleeping on the North rim! No tears either...last time my IT band went bonkers and I had to do eleven hours of the hike in intense pain

Free time to fly back to Phoenix for as many training hikes up and down Camelback Mountain that I can possibly fit in...and as long as I'm there...a few hikes up and down Piestua Peak (aka Squaw Peak) for good measure too.

To do the Danskin tri without the aid of a swim angel. Gonna need lots of practice time in the water if that is going to happen!

Last, but not least, to keep riding these rolling Austin hills... to get stronger, faster, and perhaps a little lighter in the saddle.

Whew, I'm already tired and it's only November!
