I don't think this is embarrassing. It's good to have friends. No matter where they live, no matter if you have met them in real life or not.

And a beautiful post what a great way to start off the new year letting those who have touched your heart know it.
I too come here for the comrodrie, been here years, post little, but I love seeing all the familiar people and the great stories and advise. TE members are the greatest and thanks to all of you for all you do and say.

Life is like a 10 speed bike, we all have gears we never use.

Good to see you again, Clock!
While making friends IRL is not always easy for me, coming to a community online and feeling total acceptance is a wonderful feeling!

Have you ever started a thread and then regretted it? Well, that was what I did until I noticed all the lovely replies.
It is a funny old world, I am lucky to have some very close friends yet when I come on here and chat to friends, I can be so more relaxed and honest about how things are, I guess it is the anonymity of it all.
Either way, TE is a great site with some lovely people.

ahhhh shucks!!!
I don't feel worthy....But thank you from the very bottom of my heart!!
The last couple of years I have had a handful of people come into my life who I feel I should have known YEARS ago, and you are one of them.
So much in our lives are parallel. It is quite odd sometimes how our lives work!!
I add crazy canuck to my list. or "CC" or "canucky" as I like to call her.
And I WILL make it to your side of the pond sooner than later!! So get the tea kettle going...![]()
