Yay for chocolate!
As for Brussell's sprouts...They were the one vegetable my mother would cook and I would actually run gagging from the house. However...I went to Trader Joes the other night and they were serving them up quartered, tossed in olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper, oven roasted at 400 dgrees for 10 minutes, covered with crisp bacon pieces and roasted for 2 minutes more. They were really good! Honest! And no gagging over-cooked cruciferous vegetable smell.
I haven't tired cooking them myself yet, and I would keep the dark chocolate close by, just in case.
