Hey Y'all!
I am running my first half on Sunday. I am a little nervous, but it is in the town I grew up in and I know the route like the back of my hand.

I ran 11 on Sunday on vacation; then rode 35 miles, and rode 45 on Monday. Rode 3 easy yesterday in the rain as a commute from the ferry to the car. Tonight I am running 4, then tomorrow 3, then Friday 2 as my taper. Saturday will be off although my DH is going to be trying out new mountain bikes and wants me to ride with him. I may decline as I am worried about getting hurt the day before a race and knowing me (klutz) I am liable to go off the bike at some point. I took a spill riding on sand on vacation and bashed up my arm pretty good... my first thought was, "thank goddess I didn't hurt the legs."
