One of my biggest concerns is restrooms. There's 1500 entrants and they only have 10 portajohns at the start??? Are you kidding me? 10 portajohns for 1500 women?? And the organizer email we just received indicates that there won't be any on course either - they expect us to stop in restaurants along the way? That sounds like a recipe for disaster.
Ah, yes. I used the facility at the furniture store last year (it was open pre-race, as was the NWPT facility). Line wasn't too long, and of course we were using men's and women's rr since there were no men racing. I don't usually need to use it on the course, so that's not an issue for me, but we are running through a park for that first bit, so there are the public facilities there. Of course, there were only 1000 women last year. I'm not sure how ready she is for a 50% increase in entrants. Should be interesting!
