My back seems to be getting better, slowly. It's not where it should be, but I am having less pain when I ride and do yoga. I feel a lot more flexible, too. Starting to think about running again.
I was going to get an elliptical for my house, for the coldest of the cold days, but I am rethinking that and will probably get a treadmill, in addition to my trainer. I do plenty of outdoor winter sports, so I hope I can add the running in. I think the elliptical might be too much for my knees, based on past experience.
I'm shooting for a run maybe Thursday or during the weekend.
