Are you running the Girlfriend's Half? If so, it's pretty flat overall. The first 9 or so miles are right on the Columbia (very pretty!). Then you go over highway 14, have some flat, then a bit of up and down (nothing too long) until you get back downtown. I'll be out there too. I'm probably running a 2:15 - 2:30. My training has been almost non-existent, so I'm just powering through on base fitness. I'll just be happy to run the whole thing.

Yes, I am! I think it covers some of the same route along the water as the Fort Vancouver Run did this past May. I checked the profile online and I agree - it's nothing too daunting.

One of my biggest concerns is restrooms. There's 1500 entrants and they only have 10 portajohns at the start??? Are you kidding me? 10 portajohns for 1500 women?? And the organizer email we just received indicates that there won't be any on course either - they expect us to stop in restaurants along the way? That sounds like a recipe for disaster.
