Running week of 9/6 - 9/12

I did a 5K race this morning and did my best time so far! 26:40. I am very proud of myself! It was meaningful to me as this is my five year anniversary of quitting drinking, too. So I'm pretty psyched! I came in 11th for my age group. Sweet!

Yay! I'm proud of you, too! Can you believe you are the same person? It's like you swapped bodies with some amazing athlete!
