I ran 8 yesterday. I am 2.5 weeks out from my next HIM and I am training on a thin line with my hip. I know that it is fatigued, so I am trying to really pay attention to form and not push it beyond its abilities. I am also trying to stay really really positive about my healing and training!!! Wow this has snuck up on me (which is why I have a coach, so that even if it has snuck up on me, he has had me put in the time/mile/yards) Happy running. I will not be in on 9 today (though i will tomorrow!). Enjoy it!
