Ran roughly 11miles of trail over the course of the wknd. I have learned that stony trails can be a bit rough in the VFF's. Hit a few pretty hard. Good runs though, with beautiful scenery along lake superior. I ran from marina to marina. It was great!

Now, tomorrow is 9/9/09 so in celebration my running buddy and I are going to run 9miles. Who's in?
