That Potomac Heritage tour sounds very interesting. Unfortunately, I'll be in Baltimore on the 11th attending a funeral service for Edgar Allen Poe, so I'll have to remember that ride for next year.

2009 is the 200th anniversary of Poe's birth. B'more's had events going on all year. You should see the list of folks invited to speak at his service.
